It is time for another Makeup Revolution article! This time it is about the Renaissance Collection were I talk about the Renaissance Glow and the Renaissance Palette Night. I was super excited when I received my monthly Makeup Revolution package. As a #therevolutionairies (which is the MUR term of being a Brand Ambassador) I have the opportunity to receive their most famous and beautiful items to test out. The Renaissance Collection is by far the most beautiful collection I received from them, and by seeing the pictures you can see why! Already getting curious if the powders are also that great as the gorgeous packaging?
Today I will talk about the limited edition items from the Victoria Beckham x Estée Lauder collection: Eye Ink in Black Myrrh and Eye Foil in Blonde Gold. As you know by now I have a huge weakness for products with a beautiful packaging. It doesn’t matter if they sell air, if it looks pretty I need it! Luckily Maison PR approached me and told me they had a few items left of this collection. I was super excited because I saw everyone having these items long time ago and I almost cried when I read their reviews. Now it is time that I’m finally writing my thoughts about this beautiful collection created by Victoria Beckham and Estée Lauder! Are you ready? Let’s get started!
Today I’m going to talk about Meraki Cosmetics, a brand created by the Dutch MUA Kim ter Stege! I’m a big supporter of makeup brands which are created by Dutch people, we can support our Dutchies from time to time! They are just hidden treasures under the sea which needs a little bit more attention in my opinion. Kim ter Stege is a super creative makeup artist, you have to check out her Instagram! I follow her for a while and she definitely inspires me (I’m a makeup lover so I will never receive the results she does! :p). She made the big step to create her own makeup brand: Meraki Cosmetics. Isn’t this the cutest name? I received 2 highlighters and 2 samples from Kim. Getting curious? Let’s get started!
Today I’m going to talk about Kylie Cosmetics Kyshadows in the versions Bronze and Burgundy. Kylie Jenner is slowly expanding her collection, this time with eyeshadows! I was so thrilled when these palettes came out, so I had to get them both. I can say that I’m a big fan of her makeup brand by now because everytime when she release something, I have to get at least one item. But are her Kyshadows a big hit? Are they worth the hype or are they just normal eyeshadows? Let’s see what my thoughts are about these palettes.
You see some beautiful items, but when you notice the price, you’re suddenly having less fun. Everybody knows this feeling. I saw these Tom Ford Eye Quads all over Instagram, but I knew I couldn’t really afford them. But sometimes you need to sacrifice something to get a beautiful item like this. That’s why I finally purchased the Tom Ford Eye Quads in the colors Honeymoon and Nude Dip. Why these two? Well, they are the only quads which have a “TF” stamp printed in the eyeshadows (can somebody tell me why?). Yes, I’m serious, that’s why I needed these two quads! I also purchased them because of the colors and the beautiful packaging. I’m not disappointed at all, even though I paid so much to get them! Don’t tell my mom. Let’s see what their performance’s like!
