How I take care of my (Asian) thick long hair

How I take care of my (Asian) thick long hair

Hello beautiful!

Today I will talk about how I take care of my hair! Usually I’m the most lazy person when it comes to taking care of my hair, but ever since I start dying my hair to a more cool toned shade I had to invest in some product to keep my hair healthy. Before that I just washed my hair, did my makeup and went with wet hair outside without product or styling tools. I always adored my long sleek hair so I never had to spend money on expensive products. But time has changed and so does my style. Lately my hair gets really dry and I can spot dead hair every other time. That’s why I took more care of it and especially after I went to the hairdresser to make my hair more cool/less yellow. Let’s take a look how this Asian girl takes care of her long thick hair!

L’Occitane Pivoine Sublime Petal Cleansing Oil

L’Occitane Pivoine Sublime Petal Cleansing Oil

Hello beautiful!

Today I will talk about the L’Occitane Pivoine Sublime Petal Cleansing Oil. As you may know by now I’m a sucker for pretty packaging. Everything that looks cute or weird or is limited edition is something I need to have in my stash! I got super excited when L’Occitane send me their new Petal Cleansing Oil which contains real peony leaves! Yessss, how cute is that? I think many of you are sold by the time I said that it contained real flower petals, but let me give you an in dept review about the cleanser itself. Are you curious if this Petal Cleansing Oil works that great as it looks? Let’s get started!

Makeup Revolution London, Ultra Contour Palette

Makeup Revolution London, Ultra Contour Palette

Hello beautiful!

Today I will talk about the Makeup Revolution London Ultra Contour Palette. I remember those times that a few brands were exclusive available in London. I had a friend who went to London and got me a Makeup Revolution Highlight Palette, I was such a happy person that day! Now Makeup Revolution is also available here in The Netherlands, they are sold at your local Etos store (which is a Dutch drugstore). I can also announce that I’m a representer of the brand for the coming months! Every month I will review one of their items I receive from them. This month the contour palette really stood out for me and I think this is the first time I reviewed a contour palette so this is going to be fun. Let’s start my journey as a #therevolutionairies!

Clinique, Superbalanced Silk Makeup SPF15

Clinique, Superbalanced Silk Makeup SPF15

Hello beautiful!

Today I will talk about the Clinique Superbalanced Silk Makeup SPF15 in the shade Silk Sahara. It’s getting hot in here, so it is time for a new foundation during the hot summer days! It’s been a while since I used an Clinique foundation, I do remember the times I had a concealer from them. Clinique is a beautiful beauty brand with cosmetics and skincare items that will work for every skin. Every product is linked with a skintype, so you will exactly know if it works for you. I received this foundation from Clinique and I was super excited to try this one out, especially because it should work for super oily skin people like me during the summer. That sounds like a challenge to me! Let’s get started!

Glamglow Glowstarter in Pearl Glow

Glamglow Glowstarter in Pearl Glow

Hello beautiful!

Today I will talk about the Glamglow Glowstarter in the shade Pearl Glow. I’m a huge fan of the Glamglow range, it is skincare on a pricy but amazing side. When I really want to threat myself I get something from Glamglow because I can (usually) trust them that they work for my skin (I tried a lip plumping gloss from Glamglow, worst sensation on my lips evaaaa). I wrote a review about a Glamglow product before (see here) and I was happy with it. But this product is an illuminating moisturizer .. on my oily skin. I’m so scared that it doesn’t work for me and I’m writing this intro before I even tried it! Curious if we oily skin people are able to use this Glamglow Glowstarter without getting more oily? Let’s get started!
