I’m being honest to you, I was waiting for so long for her to launch a serum. All her Magic skincare products are devine so I have high expectations of the serum. My honest opinion about the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Serum Crystal Elixir
I was really excited when I heard the news about her new serum, I even attended a Zoom presentation with Charlotte herself while she presented her newest skincare item. You can imagine that my expectations were high after this presentation with all the experts who were talking about the ingredients and holistic energy of the crystals. Soon after the presentation I received the serum to try it out myself!
Let’s start with the packaging: I’m a suck for beautiful glass bottles which matches perfectly with her other Magic skincare items. The serum can be applied with the pipet which is my favorite thing about the packaging.
When applying the serum a fresh fragrance escapes. I can see on the ingredients list that they used fruit extracts which may creates the fresh sensation. It is not an overpowering or perfume fragrance, so I personally think even people with a sensitive nose will appreciate this. The serum is a very light milky texture, but when massaging into the skin it gets absorbed like water. It easily spreads on the skin without creating a sticky feeling. One pipet is enough to cover the whole face.
Wow, my skin looks immediately more luminous and glowy! Thanks to the crystal powders that are infused in the serum your skin will look instantly younger and radiant. I’m not sure how the crystal powders will have an effect on your skin condition, but it creates a beautiful filter. It is not that ‘in your face’ shimmers but looks like in comes from within.
My skin feels super hydrated and plump, like I used a hydrating overnight mask and just woke up but even better! During the morning I usually struggle with dull and dry skin around the eyes, but I can see that they appear more awake and brighter. It is even more surprisingly that my young skin looks firmer? I have very chubby cheeks and especially around the corners of my mouth it can look saggy, but now it doesn’t. Does this has to do with the Polyglumatic Acid (works 4x better than hyaluronic acid)?
I’m super surprised with the results, imagine how my skin looks like after 8 weeks! Usually I’ll wait 1 or 2 months before I start reviewing a skincare product, but I knew after one week that I had to share this experience as soon as possible with you. Completely blown away by how glowy, hydrating and firmer my skin looks like after just 2,5 weeks.
Do I recommend the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Serum Crystal Elixir? Definitely! The serum can be used on all skin types and will deliver great results that everyone can use these days: hydrating, glowy and younger looking skin. I can promise you that just after your first use you will visible see your skin improve!
