It is already August when I write this summer fragrance post. I can’t believe time is flying by so hard, what did I achieved in these last few months? I can’t remember it, but some memories are attached to a fragrance I’ve been using the last few months. Today I will share with you 3 of my beautiful summer perfumes I received. I can say that each of them look extraordinary, which makes them even more fun to use! And read until the end for an amazing perfume giveaway.
Pepe Jeans Londen Eau de Parfum for Her
The first time I tried Pepe Jeans London was during the UPR Beauty Event. I was immediately attracted to the gorgeous designed bottle of them. When I look closer I could see that they also had a Male perfume of the same line and they matched so well: for Her is a cocktail glass and for Him a cocktail shaker. Very well done and I think a lot of couples decided to get both just for the aesthetic. You are might thinking “how to use it“? Well, just pull the glass top of the bottom and that is where you can find the spray!
- Top notes: almond, tangerine and marshmallow
- Middle notes: vanilla, almond milk and vodka
- Base notes: amber and musk
The first time I tried the Pepe Jeans London for Her Eau De Parfum I could immediately notice the amount of almond and marshmallow, it felt like a summer night on a tropical island. After some time the soft noted of the almond milk started to appear with the musk. Somehow it really feels like there is a big amount go coconut in this scent, but I think it is just the combination of the almond and marshmallow. If you love tropical fragrances with some hint of almond, vanilla and musk, this is a must for you!
Viktor&Rolf BonBon Pastel Eau De Toilette
Viktor and Rolf are two Dutch designers and I just fell in love with them since they launched their very first Flowerbomb and even more after their H&M collaboration. Their perfumes are a cult and even forbidden on airports (because the Flowerbomb bottle looks like an actual hand grenade!). When I saw they launched the BonBon Pastel Eau De Toilette, I knew I had to get my hands on this adorable bottle. It is absolutely cute and a beautiful statement piece for your perfume collection. Couldn’t expect less from them! A bottle in the shape of a ribbon, as a flatlay ribbon queen I need this in my life.
- Top notes: bergamot, mandarin orange and cardamom
- Middle notes: orange blossom, sea notes and neroli
- Base notes: caramel, sandalwood, amber and musk
Every Viktor&Rolf perfume I tried was quite sweet, I was expecting something similar like Flowerbomb. When I just got it in the mail I couldn’t wait to try it out. I was so surprised by the fragrance, at the beginning when you spray it you think it smells very similar like Flowerbomb, but after a few seconds it immediately changes. The fresh notes like mandarin orange and orange blossoms will appear and it is sealed with the neroli. When the perfume has set down the sandalwood and musk will show up. I think it is a delicious fragrance and definitely less sweet then I expected. That’s why it’s named BonBon Pastel. If you like sweetness with a twist of soft florals and cute bottles, than the BonBon Pastel might be something for you.
Azzaro Wanted Girl Eau De Parfum
A while ago I was invited to the Azzaro event. Azzaro is a well known perfume brand but here in the Netherlands they didn’t hit ground yet. The event was filled with glam and money: there was a poker table and everyone was dressed fancy. The launch was celebrated big and at the end we all received the Wanted Girl to take home. The bottle looks like a hand grenade just like the Flowerbomb we just talked about. What is so fun about this bottle is that you release the perfume by pressing the golden button at the top or press the handle in the loop.
- Top notes: pink pepper, ginger flower, orange blossom and pomegranate
- Middle notes: dulce de leche and datura
- Base notes: haitian vetiver, patchouli and tonka bean
When I first tried the Wanted Girl at the event I was so surprised: usually when I try a fragrance I can tell within a second what the top note is, but not it was a mystery for me. This might be the hardest perfume to describe because it is so mysterious, just like the perfume name itself. I can feel the sensation of the ginger in my nose and a hint of the patchouli, but it feels like this perfume changes every time I give it a good sniff. A very fresh but mysterious sensation and very feminine. This is a perfect perfume for those hot summer days as it will freshen up your natural fragrance.
Now the most fun part! I told you before that Pepe Jeans came with a for Her and for Him fragrance. I can give both perfumes to one of my readers, and only the ones who really follow me.

I love to try new perfumes, my nose is always on the watch to find a new favorite. While I’m writing this blog I already received 3 new perfumes to try out, I love my job. But I understand that you would like to know which one is my favorite.
I love a good tropical fragrance as I already own tons of flower based perfumes and musk ones. The Pepe Jeans for Her Eau De Parfum was a real surprise for me and I dig this perfume because I can really see myself laying on the beach when I wear this (even tho I hate sand). The BonBon Pastel Eau De Toilette is a close second as I always has been in love with the Viktor&Rolf perfumes. Azzaro Wanted Girl Eau De Parfum is a good one but it is a hard competition with these two others.
Goodluck everyone with the giveaway!
