Hii everyone!
I was invited by UPR-PR to attend the opening of a new perfume store named Otentic Perfumes located at Keizergracht 233, which is part of a famous area in Amsterdam called De Negen Straatjes. This was the first event I attended being a blogger, so I was a little bit nervous. Let’s see what it was like!
Otentic Perfumes is a niche perfume brand which creates wonderful perfumes. They offer 64 kinds of eau de parfum that are divided in eight different moods. They have a unique system to make you discover the perfect eau the parfum amidst the 64 different bottles.
When I arrived at the location I met this amazing girl who worked there. She explained that I had to pick one favorite scent of each mood. She also said that finding my match would be a lot easier than it seemed. Each perfume was put in a glass cup in which you could sniff it, which made the process of picking the best scent per mood way more easy and quick.
The Otentic Perfumes store looked classy and professional. You won’t mind the small location at all! The flowers and plants created a calm and happy mood. I really felt comfortable walking around to find my perfect match.

In the end, I picket scent #4 in the Sedux mood as my favorite! It immediately reminded me of D&G #3 L’Imperatrice which I owned a few years ago. The only difference was that the D&G one oxidized after a while, which gave the skin a terrible smell. The smell of the Otentic Parfum on the skin doesn’t differ from the smell you get from the bottle, which is great!
I had such an amazing time at this event. I spotted a lot of bloggers and celebrities. I think I could get used to this! I want to thank UPR PR for the invitation!

Wat ziet dat er allemaal mooi en luxe uit! En wat een goed idee eigenlijk, om een parfum te zoeken die echt bij je past 🙂

Ja het was zeker een leuke ervaring, nooit eerder gedaan. En de winkel zelf was heel luxe ja, gaf je een hele andere beleving van het vinden naar de juiste geurtje!
